Nature is one of my favorite things! This time of year we can enjoy so much of God's handiwork! The trees are green and lush...the flowers are blooming with butterflies and bumble bees enjoying the sweet nectar. Fireflies at night comes with soft breezes with a beautiful sunset. Birds creating nests and raising babies right before our eyes. Fresh tomatoes from our garden to enjoy our home made salsa...yummy! Lazy hot days where you just want to take a nap and dream. Summer has it's ups and it's downs.....too hot, but no longer cold! Long days, but so much more work to do! Fresh veggies, but lots of weeds to pull and watering that never ends. Let me pick a favorite season....or maybe two! Spring and Autumn....those are my two picks!!! As for summer....I'll take it before winter because I "need" that sunshine to make me smile! I told my grandsons yesterday that I would rather be too hot than too cold. I've come to the conclusion that you get the most out of life if you enjoy the moment you are in and bloom where you are planted!!!
